Following a recent change we are delighted to announce the successful acquisition of the Novahomes Estate Agency Company by Lee Whitelaw and Andrew Davis. Andy and Lee have been with the company from its infancy and have helped, along with other franchise agents, to make Novahomes the success it is today. After a long anticipated time they have now successfully secured the ownership of the company and are looking forward to working together with their team of franchise agents to make Novahomes even bigger and better than it stands today. Going from a small operation in a garage, to the multi county estate agency you see today has taken a lot of effort and hard work by all involved, and Lee and Andy are committed to driving the business forward, and securing the very best area specialists and team members to ensure Novahomes stays a local agent that offers fantastic marketing along with extremely competitive fees! We would also like to take this opportunity to congratulate Jo Lines, who is now the proud owner of the lettings division of Novahomes. Since starting the lettings department as a franchise agent, Jo has now secured the ownership of the business and is continuing to lead the way in local lettings service and expert advice. Very exciting times ahead for our company and if the last five years of growth is anything to go by we a genuinely thrilled to think where Novahomes will be in another five years!
