Terms and Conditions of Novahomes Competitions:
1. There will be no cash alternative offered
2. All entrants enter our competition on the knowledge that this is a prize which can be substituted at the sole discretion of Novahomes
3. In some circumstances a competition may close early, or close all together, in which case a notice will be put out but no prize will be available as no draw will take place
4. The final decision of the Novahomes management will be final
5. There is only one entry per person allowed during a competition, multiple entries will be not be counted
6. All prizes will be available from our office for collection, no postage will be offered
7. The entry into a competition or draw does in no way form a legal contract between Novahomes and any other party
8. If for any reason the supplier of a prize withdraws their offer of service or good without our prior knowledge then Novahomes will not accept liability and will not offer an alternative
9. Novahomes accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize (including, without limitation, travel to and from the venue).
10. By entering the competition it is deemed that you agree to this list of terms
11. The winner may be required to take part in promotional activity related to the Prize Draw and the winner shall participate in such activity on Novahomes reasonable request. The winner consents to the use by novahomes and its related companies, both before and after the closing date of the Prize Draw for an unlimited time, of the winner's voice, image, photograph and name for publicity purposes (in any medium, including still photographs and films, and on the Internet, including any websites hosted by novahomes and its related companies) and in advertising, marketing or promotional material without additional compensation or prior notice and, in entering the Prize Draw, all entrants consent to the same.
12. Novahomes accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the prize
