Do You Need Experience?

No! We offer full training and career progression with accredited City and Guilds qualifications as part of our induction process. This means during your first six months with Novahomes you can expect extensive on the job training with our already experienced team, backed up by classroom based nationally recognised qualifications to give you all of the knowledge and skill to be the best.

What Qualification Do I Need?

Estate Agency is about people. Being genuine, friendly and efficient is what we value most, not qualifications. We provide all of the training and industry qualifications that are needed to excel in your role. A basic understanding of I.T. and good customer service is desirable, along with a positive and upbeat attitude.

What Opportunities Are There For Progression?

We have roles from junior administrators to branch managers, Franchisees to contractors so there is a wealth of avenues to consider. Hard work and a willingness to take on responsibility is rewarded at our company and we want our team to stay with us throughout the whole of their career.
