Sales Estate Agent - Basic Salary £15 - 17k basic wage depending on experience- Realistic on target earnings £22,000 - £26,000 We offer an excellent bonus and commission structure and petrol and expenses are fully reimbursed.
Novahomes Estate Agents are hoping to employ a sales estate agent either at an entry level position or a current agent looking for a new challenge. The ideal candidate would be articulate, driven, a people person and the ability to follow processes and procedures accurately to ensure a high level of customer service is essential.
Previous Lettings or Sales experience, both are welcome, or experience from a customer facing role in another industry would be preferable. Day to day tasks would involve dealing with client on the phone, showing potential buyers around homes and following the sales process through all stages to completion.
Applicants must have their own car and full license.
Based at our head sales office in Stoke, Plymouth and covering the Plymouth and Plympton sales areas this is a great opportunity for the right person.
Commission and Bonus potential is uncapped and we place a high emphasis on customer service and team goals.
