Peter Fairclough has been in and around Estate Agency all his working life. Having started as a Junior Negotiator in a small family firm in Windsor he has managed other independent Estate Agency branches in the South East including working as a Departmental Manager for Knight Frank & Rutley. Zoe joined Novahomes from her position as Negotiator, working for a local corporate company, where she enjoyed extensive training helping her get to where she is today.
Following a successful 2 years working in estate agency she was introduced to the concept of novahomes.co.uk where she could offer the same service as traditional estate agents at only a fraction of the cost due to lower overheads, and felt the opportunity to offer this to the East Devon area was too good an opportunity to refuse.

Minehead novahomes.co.uk have a unique deal involving 2 high street building society agencies within Minehead which means they work from their main office in The Parade, where the Bath Building Society is located, but also advertise and market all their properties from the Nationwide Building Society which is located in The Avenue opposite Co-op. This gives home owners the rare opportunity to market their home through 2 main high street locations and the great part to all of this for the home owner is that novahomes will still only charge 0.85% plus vat for the sale of any property.
Noel Sexton of novahomes said "this is a very exciting time for all of us. The concept behind novahomes is that we were able to charge a low fee due to not having the expense of high street premises. We have managed to agree a deal with the two building society agencies that allow us to work from and market all our properties from both locations at a reduced cost, therefore we can still pass those considerable savings back to the home owners".

Simon is a professionally qualified financial planning consultant who, for many years, ran a successful financial consultancy, alongside a sales management role, training and coaching advisors for a well known insurance giant.

Mark started his agency career in 1996 as a Junior Negotiator in an East Devon Market town before becoming Negotiator then Senior Negotiator within the same family owned firm. Mark then joined a larger independently owned firm in the same town as Senior Negotiator before leaving for the Midlands in 2002 and successfully managed 2 estate agency offices.
