Mark started his agency career in 1996 as a Junior Negotiator in an East Devon Market town before becoming Negotiator then Senior Negotiator within the same family owned firm. Mark Savill and Jane Desforges both have long careers in estate agency and property. Mark graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Estate Management in 1986 spending 7 years in the public and commercial property world before entering the residential sector in 1994. In his time in estate agency he worked his way from up Sales Negotiator to Area Director with one of the UK's largest estate agency chains. He left to set up novahomes in 2006. Said Mark "property has always been my love but people are my passion. The sheer sense of satisfaction that comes from putting a chain together and then seeing all those people move into their new homes is what this job is all about." Jane Desforges has enjoyed 12 years in the industry managing offices that both sell houses as well as lettings and property management.
Jane is a stickler for service and is adamant that the cheapness of the fee should in no way reflect the quality of the customer experience.
