Applicant Guidelines
Applicants will need to have a good credit history, with no CCJ’s, IVA’s or bankruptcies, along with annual income equivalent to 2.5 times the annual rent of the property. Please see below for income examples:

If you feel that you do not meet with this criteria then a Guarantor may be required.
Guarantor Guidelines
If a guarantor is required for your application there are a few simple guidelines as to who would make a suitable Guarantor. A Guarantor would need to have a good credit history, with no CCJ’s, IVA’s or bankruptcies along with an annual income equivalent to 3 times the annual rent of the property. Please see below for income examples:

Holding Deposit
Holding Deposit (reserves the property for 15 days). If the tenant fails or cannot provide references within 15 days, the agent will keep this deposit: 1 weeks rent
Deposit: The deposit will be equivalent to five weeks rent due 48 hours prior to move in paid by bank transfer. This deposit will be held within the Deposit Protection Scheme.
