Recently my wife and I vacated a two bedroom house at Whitleigh, which we had rented for six months through Novahomes letting agency. We had intended to stay there long term, but decided to move to a house with an extra bedroom, and this was the only reason for moving!

We contacted Jo at Novahomes to re-let our property after unsuccessfully tried with several other agents. She is thoroughly professional and has successfully dealt with issues raised from the managing committee. She over seed all the problems left by the previous tenants in order to bring the property up to scratch in order to let it again. Any problems we have had since the new tenant moved in have been dealt with immediately and efficiently. We would definitely recommend them to any one thinking of letting their property.

Jo from Novahomes has conducted her business with utmost professionalism and cheerfulness the whole way through the process. The flat was quickly marketed in all the medias required to get a quick viewing and ultimately a let. I felt at ease during the whole process knowing that a reply from any email was only a matter of hours away, regardless of how small the query, communication (which is key during this kind of process) was of an excellent standard. I really cannot fault Novahomes or Jo Lines for their professional conduct from the very beginning of letting my flat, and all at a much cheaper price than most of the mainstream companies out there where I suspect you would not get such an intimate service.
