Recently my wife and I vacated a two bedroom house at Whitleigh, which we had rented for six months through Novahomes letting agency. We had intended to stay there long term, but decided to move to a house with an extra bedroom, and this was the only reason for moving!

Two weeks and two days after first seeing the property to rent on the website we were moving in, I initially spoke to Jim who gave us good, honest advice regarding the required checks, It was Nicole that took us to view the property and she talked us through the rental process and what we were required to do. She is thoroughly professional and has successfully dealt with issues raised from the managing committee. She over seed all the problems left by the previous tenants in order to bring the property up to scratch in order to let it again. After much research into various estate agents (and a failed attempt with a traditional estate agent), my wife and I were really pleased that we asked Novahomes to sell our house. Jim produced a superb brochure of our home and was very knowledgeable when showing round potential buyers. He was prompt in returning our calls and always knew what was happening at each stage of the selling process ( in contrast to a larger estate agent where I always seemed to speak to a different person whenever I rang, which was frustrating!)

We saved over £3000 by selling through Novahomes rather than a traditional estate agent due to Jim having less overheads, which was enough to have central heating installed in our new home. If we ever sold a home again, Novahomes would definitely be our first port of call.
