The main office where the new Bath building society is based will be manned full time as any traditional estate agency is and all the properties will also be on show at the nationwide building society. Noel went on to say ‘the nationwide have foot traffic of c.4000 people per month which is huge. This on top of our main office, which is located a couple of doors up from barclays bank means that we have an unbeatable town presence. We will also continue with our advertising through the West Somerset Free Press, the Somerset County Gazette and The Minehead Trader along with internet advertising on the UK’s number one property web site, rightmove.co.uk. We are now also registered with Prime location.co.uk so all of our properties will be marketed on the top two UK property web sites.’
