With this in mind we have recently had our new lettings manager Russell Chapman join our team to run our new lettings outfit in mid Somerset,

Russell has been in the Rental sector for 5 years as a Private Landlord and after dealing with many agencies in those years, (learning the rights and wrongs of the field), he has drawn from his experience as a landlord and also a tenant to come up with a complete property package to ensure that both Landlords and Tenants alike are treated fairly and not excessively over charged nor be delivered below standard service.
