Will it work?

Yes we think it will - there are instances where it already has worked. If
there are two parties who each like each others homes we can arrange a swap.
There may also be instances where the swap is not just between two parties
but may be a loop of 3,4 or 5 people to make a circular chain.

How do I go about doing this?

Call your local novahomes agent and they will register you for sale and at
the same time put on your sales details what sort of house you are looking
for. Someone browsing your property may realize that their home might suit
you and will then call us out to look at it on your behalf.

Won't this happen just by selling with an agent?
It might indeed - but by having the details of what you are looking for on
your sales particulars and on the internet you should increase the chances
of that happening.

What will it cost me?
The normal commission fee will apply if the swap goes ahead, and you will
need to order a home information pack. Remember we work on a no sale no
fee basis.
