Before joining novahomes.co.uk, Simon Speak was the Marketing Director of a award winning local food manufacturer, appointed to assist in the company's rescue, after financial difficulties were encountered. Simon is a professionally qualified financial planning consultant who, for many years, ran a successful financial consultancy, alongside a sales management role, training and coaching advisors for a well known insurance giant.

Working from Bridport, using his knowledge of West Dorset, Simon covers Dorchester and the surrounding area. Having worked closely with estate agents, solicitors, mortgage lenders, financiers and surveyors since the 1980's, Simon is ideally suited to handle property transactions of all sizes.

When he is not working, Simon is active in the local community through the local Round Table and can be found enjoying real ales from around the country and various, locally produced fine foods.
